Everything you'd want to know before applying to advertise in Newberry.
A full page is $1,750 for a single issue, or $1,500/issue across three issues ($4,500). Charter Partners pay $980/issue, billed monthly, for six issues, and also get two two-page features and a cover. On its own, a two-page feature spread is $3,500 and a front cover feature is $4,500. Full pricing is on our Advertise page.
No long commitment required. You can run a single issue, three issues, or six as a Charter Partner, and your per-issue price stays fixed for your full term.
Payment is due at signing — either your full term prepaid upfront, or a deposit followed by a recurring per-issue charge. We'll walk through both options on your call.
Yes. Either party can cancel a future, unpublished issue with written notice at least 24 hours before that issue's ad copy deadline. Once that window has passed, payment for that issue is non-refundable.
No — if you don't have print-ready artwork, we'll design your ad for you using the photos, logo, and copy you provide, at no extra charge. This includes one round of revisions to keep production on schedule. If you do have your own artwork, we're happy to use it. Either way, you'll review and approve a proof in writing before anything goes to print.
PDF format (PDF/X-1a preferred), CMYK color (not RGB), 300 DPI minimum resolution, 0.125" bleed beyond trim for full-bleed ads, and text/logos kept 0.25"–0.375" from the trim edge.
Final artwork (or your photos/logo/copy, if we're designing it for you) is due within 5 business days of signing, or by the issue's ad-copy deadline — whichever comes first. Materials received after that may be held for the following issue.
Newberry is mailed directly via USPS to households across Newberry, Jonesville, and the surrounding Newberry Road corridor — no opt-in required, no ad blockers, every door.
Because most people around here don't think in terms of city limits — they think in terms of Newberry Road, the stretch that runs through Newberry, Jonesville, Tioga, and Haile Plantation. That's the actual area this magazine is built around: the part of west Gainesville that already feels like one place to the people living in it, even if it technically crosses a few lines on a map.
Monthly — 12 issues a year. We'll confirm exact issue dates once your placement is finalized.
We work with an established magazine printer, with distribution handled via USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) to our target area.
Head to our Advertise page, select a package, and submit a short form. You'll get a confirmation email instantly with a link to book a quick call to finalize everything.
